Dressed in a mask of "Ghostface" - a character in the "Scream" movies with a signature white face and long, wide-opened mouth - the victor, only identified as A. Campbell, collected his winnings of roughly $158,400,000 in Jamaican dollars, which equates to over $1,171,400 in United States dollars.

The Super Lotto victor, who was identified only as A. Campbell, made a memorable appearance last week at the Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston to collect his prize, worth more than 158 million Jamaican dollars; but it took him 54 days to muster up the courage to do it, according to Supreme Ventures, which operates the game in the Caribbean.

Aside from the mask, Campbell also wore a full coat, long trousers, and gloves to hide his identity, KDKA reports.

The victor, known only as "A Campbell", won the Caribbean island nation's Super Lotto in November, after paying just $2 for a ticket.

"I found out [I won] the same night", he said.

"I want to get a house".

"I like to handle money", he said. "I don't beg, I don't borrow", he told the Jamaican Star.

Now that the in has sunk in, Mr Campbell told the publication he has big plans for the cash.

He said he plans to start looking for a nice house to buy and expand his business with his winnings. So I'm looking at things that can turn over the money.

"I love to have money".

A regular player, who picks his own numbers, Campbell said he was physically sick after learning of his win - to the point that he actually forgot he won.

Supreme Ventures Limited, who runs the Super Lotto in the Caribbean islands, posted a photo of the man picking up his massive check on Twitter.

"Wondering if what I've been longing for really come true".
