The man was arrested and taken to hospital in a critical condition, police said.

A man has been arrested and is under police guard in hospital.

"Three people have been stabbed, unfortunately one is deceased at the scene, two other victims are now in hospital". Their condition is not yet know. The police offices were not injured.

Footage taken by witnesses showed police shooting the man after he threatened them with an object that appeared to be a knife.
