The St. Louis woman, who went viral after D'Arreion Toles posted the viral video, has been fired from Tribeca-STL, a luxury apartment company for stopping Toles for entering his loft even after he showed he had the keys.

In videos of the incident uploaded to Facebook, Toles asks the woman multiple times to "please move". A white woman walking her dog blocked his path and repeatedly demanded that he show her his keys or tell her his apartment number, to which he responds that he's not obligated to show or tell her anything to enter his own home. She continually asks where his key fob is.

Officers knocked on his door around half an hour later, with Toles sharing his experience on Facebook.

Toles' encounter with Mueller comes just days after a Georgia man, named Corey Lewis, was stopped by police for "babysitting while black" over the weekend, sparking nationwide outrage.

"I can", the woman said.

Along with the videos, Toles wrote: "Woman tries to stop me from coming into my building because she feels insecure, Downtown St. Louis luxury loft, because she don't feel that I belong, never really thought this would happen to me, but it did!" And in Georgia, a white woman called police on a black man who was babysitting two white children.

"I was kind of blown away, shocked and like wow", Toles told the local news station.

Her employer, property management company Tribeca-STL, said it found the interaction "disturbing" and it won't "stand for racism or racial profiling".

By Monday, Mueller's employer, Tribeca STL, a luxury apartment company, said it chose to fire her after seeing the video. He says, "So now you're going to follow me?" "So, I need you to get out my way".

"And if you do, then I would like to meet you because you're a neighbor", Mueller says. (He had not.) In July, a black state lawmaker in OR said she was reported to police as a "suspicious person" while talking to constituents in a suburban neighborhood. "Excuse me. ... You're blocking me".

Toles eventually pushes past the woman, who follows him to his apartment door. "I just walked in and went to my house".

Toles doesn't want people to "bash the woman", but instead send her positive energy. Don't ever do that again.

Toles' videos have since been viewed more than 1 million times and he told KMOV4 that he appreciates the "love and support" but hopes the public doesn't harass Thornton.
