The Steelers have said they will not be commenting on the situation.

Brown says his 9mm firearm was also gone.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown tossed furniture from the balcony of his 14-story apartment building in April, almost killing a 22-month-old toddler, a lawsuit claims.

That lawsuit contends Brown breached the lease agreement by "destroying, damaging defacing the premises, as well as furnishings and appliances" belonging to the plaintiff.

The objects, according to the lawsuit, included two large vases, an ottoman and other pieces of furniture - all of which landed within 2 feet of the toddler and his grandfather, including one of the shattered vases. Some of the items fell within "a mere foot or two" of them and could have severely injured or possibly killed them, the suit said. Sternberg claims that his daughter now shows "symptoms of fear and anxiety" and is "having night tremors every night".

Betting suspended on The Everest 12:30pm
Meanwhile, radio commentator Alan Jones , who last week launched into an aggressive argument with Sydney Opera House CEO Louise Herron over the ad, has apologised for his remarks .

The alleged incident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. April 24 at The Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., according to the lawsuit.

Through the course of their investigation, police determined Brown had become angered and started throwing things in the apartment and off the balcony on the 14th floor. KDKA-TV reported that a second lawsuit has been filed over the incident by the unit's landlord, charging that Brown damaged the unit and has not paid for damages. It goes on to say surveillance video clearly shows objects falling from the balcony and almost striking the two people on the ground. Brown was reportedly "extremely agitated" when law enforcement arrived.

Both lawsuits were filed in Miami-Dade County in August and seek more than $15,000 in damages.

The Steelers also declined to comment on that litigation.
