The leaders of North and South Korea will hold their third summit in September, officials from the two countries announced Monday.

Three South Korean firms imported coal from North Korea disguised as Russian products in violation of United Nations resolutions in a fresh sign of loosening sanctions, South Korea's customs agency said on Friday.

The South Korean unification minister, Cho Myoung-gyon told the press that they had not settled on an exact date and that the two sides would discuss it further.

Cho told reporters before leaving Seoul that they are going to discuss specifics for holding the inter-Korean summit in autumn as agreed to in the April summit in Panmunjom.

USA officials familiar with the talks, however, told Reuters that North Korea had yet to agree to a timeline for eliminating its nuclear arsenal or to disclose its size, which U.S. estimates have put at between 30 and 60 warheads.

North and South Korea agreed today to hold a summit in Pyongyang in September, the South's Yonhap news agency reported following high-level talks in the Demilitarized Zone that divides the peninsula.

The Belgium global is missing Tuesday's Champions League qualifier at AEK Athens and says it is down to injury. The agent, Jacques Lichtenstein , said: " Celtic are a very big club, but don't behave like one".

The two leaders first met in April in a highly publicized summit and then again in May for more informal talks.

The high-level inter-Korean dialogue started at 10 a.m. local time (0100 GMT) in Tongilgak, a DPRK building in the border village.

The rapid rapprochement between the two neighbours that began this year paved the way for a landmark meeting between Kim and US President Donald Trump in Singaporein June. Among discussions focused on pushing the United States to honour its goodwill commitments to sanctions relief, negotiators from the South will be pushing for the North to publicly link its denuclearisation efforts to such sanctions relief and the provision of external aid.

Mr Cho, the chief of the South Korean delegation, said the two sides also "talked a lot" about worldwide sanctions meant to punish the North for its development of nuclear weapons, but he did not elaborate. North Korea has rejected his approach, with state-run media lambasting the US's "pressure diplomacy" and saying it's relying on "outdated gangster-like logic".

A spokesman for South Korea's presidential Blue House said on Sunday officials hoped such details would be decided at Monday's talks.
