With Trump coming under serious fire for his press conference with Vladimir Putin in Helsinki yesterday, Arnie took to Twitter yesterday to rant about the POTUS and his perceived weakness when faced with Putin.

"Mr. President, welcome to the land of free press", one of the billboards reads, while another says, "Trump calls media enemy of the people".

WASHINGTON - President Donald Trump stood in Helsinki on Monday beside his patron, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and refused to confront him on Moscow's systematic interference in the 2016 United States presidential election on his behalf, its military intervention into a sovereign neighbor or on its continued effort to undermine democratic systems worldwide through propaganda and cyberwarfare.

US President Donald Trump on Monday said Russian Federation and US had not been getting along for the past few years but the two countries had "great opportunities".

Putin, in his Fox interview, argued Russian Federation was too large a country to be sanctioned and isolated, but Trump was not asked in the press conference about the future status of sanctions. He then praised the Russian president for offering to cooperate with the investigation.

Trump tweeted his thanks.

After a stormy North Atlantic Treaty Organisation summit in Brussels last week, Trump was accused by critics of prioritising his ties to Putin over the transatlantic alliance.

"I never thought I would see the day when our American president would stand on the stage with the Russian president and place blame on the United States for Russian aggression".

Latest indictment hits Russian acting as unregistered foreign agent
Butina attempted to organize a pair of meetings between Putin and Trump during the campaign, according to the New York Times . The FBI said in court papers Butina sought to establish relationships with a "gun rights organization".

Putin looked serious but smirked when journalists asked Trump about Russian meddling in the USA presidential campaign.

But Trump, convinced his unique brand of diplomacy could make inroads with Putin, pressed ahead and looked forward to "having an extraordinary relationship" as the pair sat down to discuss the global hotspots.

He noted Putin's offer for US officials to work with Russian investigators to question those whom special counsel Robert Mueller indicted. "However low your expectations were, Trump managed to go much lower", Meyers said, later adding that POTUS is "selling out our democracy" by siding with Putin over USA intelligence officials. House Speaker Paul Ryan and others joined in the chorus.

Before the summit even began, Trump blamed his own country for the deterioration in relations.

Putin did suggest he might be willing to merge the Astana talks - Iran, Russia, and Syria - with the so-called small group - France, Britain, Germany, Jordan, the USA and Saudi Arabia - something that the French president, Emmanuel Macron, has sought for more than a year. I have President Putin. The Russian president disagreed with Trump on the issue and concluded that "the Crimea question is closed for Russia".

Trump's openness to the symbolic offer appeared to cede the high ground to Putin.

Those leaders are already fuming over Trump's imposition of trade tariffs on various countries, including Russian Federation. Not only were Trump's comments imbecilic, he is wholly in the pocket of Putin.
