Earlier in the day, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had an adorable run in with an Irish toddler.

Meghan, wearing a dark green Givenchy dress which appeared to have been chosen with Ireland's national colour in mind, and Prince Harry, in a dark suit and green tie, met Varadkar shortly after touching down in Dublin airport.

Screams and shouts greeted their appearance along with outstretched hands from fans as a sea of camera phones were held up to capture the moment. This was repealed in a referendum in May, abolishing one of the strictest abortion laws in the world. The phrase comes from a 1996 soccer anthem "Three Lions".

"She said she had not seen that before".

Meghan Markle had a casual sense of styling before her engagement to Prince Harry.

And while we wouldn't expect anything less from the new royal, who's quickly become a fashion icon, we can't help but marvel at the different styles she's managed to serve in such a short time. "She shook my hand - it smells so good!"

David Balfany, who was in Dublin with his family on holiday from America, said he had asked the duchess whether she would be attending the reunion of their alma mater Northwestern. Seems like it's not just her wardrobe that makes her a classy lady.

"My husband also has red hair and he gave me five children - when are you and Meghan going to get going?"

"He saw it and was like, "Wow". "I'm a fan of Suits and I said to her that I miss it and she said "so do I", she said.

"I clarified - it was a very benign chat, she expressed no political opinion".

It is no secret that Meghan is a feminist and has been vocal about equality and women's rights.

But fear not: The duchess brought hairstylist George Northwood along for the trip; trust that she packed plenty of designer dresses too. As such, female members of the British royal family usually sit in a pose nicknamed "the duchess slant", where one sits with her legs parallel and slants them to one side.
