
FC Barcelona confirmed on Sunday that they have reached an agreement with Guangzhou Evergrande for Paulinho Bezerra to return to the Chinese club on loan.
Paulinho played his part in Barca winning back the league title from Real Madrid last season, but is now expected to be replaced by Paris Saint-Germain's Adrien Rabiot.
Even though the Brazilian scored 22 goals in just 84 games during his first spell with the Chinese outfit, his big-money money move to Spain was seen as a huge surprise.
