Police arrest suspect in convenience store robbery

Police arrested a Las Cruces man who is suspected to be one of three men accused of committing an armed robbery Sunday evening.

According to police, officers backtracked and located the clothing, a paint scraping tool and a.22 caliber rifle used in the robbery.

Provincial police spokesman, Lt Col Thulani Zwane said that most of these crimes were reported to police, last year, while some cases were reported in 2018.

The attempted robbery did not leave anyone injured.

Indianapolis Metropolitan police are looking for a man wanted in an armed robbery that targeted a 79-year-old victim.
