Former FBI director James Comey opened up in an exclusive interview with ABC News' George Stephanopoulos that touched on topics ranging from the Hillary Clinton email scandal to President Donald Trump's fitness for office.

On Friday, Stephanopoulos tweeted out a link to another preview where Comey describes warning Trump about one of the most infamous allegations in a dossier of claims involving Trump and Russian Federation, parts of which remain unverified. "What she did was really sloppy", Comey said. Comey asked referring to Trump's actions.
Comey also writes extensively about his first meeting with Trump after the election, a briefing in January 2017 at Trump Tower in New York City.
"And I- and I remember thinking, "How could your wife think there's a 1 percent chance you were with prostitutes peeing on each other in Moscow?"
After confirming the Federal Bureau of Investigation found no manipulation of vote count, Comey said he was surprised when the briefing turned to a "PR conversation".
In the interview excerpt released Saturday, Comey said he did not remember "consciously thinking" about the election results as he chose to disclose that the FBI had reopened its investigation into candidate Clinton's email use.
He says there's "certainly some evidence of obstruction of justice", though he notes that he's just a witness in the case and not an investigator or prosecutor. In addition to looking into whether the campaign colluded with Moscow during the 2016 election, Mueller is also examining whether Trump sought to obstruct justice when he fired Comey previous year. "Is Donald Trump unfit to be president?"

For the most part, Comey avoided commenting on the ongoing Russian Federation investigation.
'I never asked Comey for Personal Loyalty, ' Trump said, disputing one of Comey's claims.
"I drank red wine from a paper coffee cup and just looked out at the lights of the country I love so much as we flew home".
Trump has denied that conversation, but Comey insisted that it occurred.
Mr Trump's letter firing Mr Comey said he was losing his job on the recommendation of the Attorney General. That's why he says he held news conferences on the Clinton email probe without consulting Lynch. "Come with me, and sit there with me", he said.
He told ABC that Mr Trump had told him I expect loyalty, I need loyalty during an awkward dinner at the White House.
Comey believed his boss, the then-attorney general Loretta Lynch wasn't independent. Further, Kelly is, at best, frustrated by working around such "dishonorable" people.
That argument was startling given that Comey's handling of the email investigation, including his disclosure shortly before the election that the FBI had reopened its probe, enraged Democrats.
The admission by Comey has drawn condemnation from others, including former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who worked closely with Comey as USA attorney for New Jersey. I knew they would seize on this but felt it is such a great Military term, it should be brought back.
