Munyan confirmed to the Washington Post that Daniels and Trump had a sexual encounter and that during the conversation Trump promised Daniels a condo in Florida, though the actress was angling for a spot on Trump's reality show, The Apprentice.

Cumming says the president's alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels may actually help the ratings of his new CBS series "Instinct", since Daniels' hotly anticipated "60 Minutes" interview could air right before the premiere of his show on Sunday.

Jill Martin, an assistant general counsel with the Trump Organization, signed a February 22 request for a restraining order by an arbitrator to prevent Daniels from breaching a confidential non-disparagement agreement she signed in 2016.

She says the man called her 'twice a month, ' adding there was 'no exchange of money, ' the DailyBeast reported.

"I loved her dearly", her mother said.

Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, filed a new legal motion Friday, seeking to have the judge assigned to the case removed because of a potential conflict of interest. Daniels said her lawsuit is part of an attempt "to speak honestly and openly to the American people about my relationship with now President Donald Trump and the intimidation and tactics used against me".

Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, has filed a complaint against the President over a non-disclosure agreement she claims is void regarding an alleged affair she had with Trump in 2006.

On the site - which was tweeted about by Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti - Daniels said she would use the funds raised to pay for attorneys' fees, out-of-pocket costs associated with the lawsuit, security expenses and damages if she loses her suit.

EC appears to be a reference to a company formed by Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, to facilitate a $130,000 payment to silence Daniels in the closing days of the 2016 presidential campaign. The statement was issued in January, after the Wall St Journal first reported on the $130,000 payment. "And for that I am grateful", Clifford writes. "Thank you for supporting me", the crowdfunding page says.

A hearing is scheduled for July 12 at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
