Thousands of Indian expats in Oman traveled from different parts of the Gulf kingdom to listen to visiting prime minister Narendra Modi.

Modi made his first ever visit to Israel in July a year ago, and Israeli Prime Minister paid back the visit last month.

This is Modi's second visit to the UAE after his visit in 2015. He thanked Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on behalf of 125 crore Indians for the construction of the grand temple in the Gulf emirate. The temple will be built on 55,000 square metres of land.

He is also scheduled to speak at the World Government Summit in Dubai, where India is the guest country.
