"The officer has been charged under the Official Secrets Act", a police official said. They also exchanged intimate messages.

Marwah was reportedly very active on social media, particularly on Facebook, where would upload videos and pictures of himself regularly. "Further investigation is on", said MM Oberoi, special commissioner (special cell) of Delhi police, without disclosing extra details. Once his alleged role was established, Delhi Police was informed, which arrested him.

His arrest came after 10 days of IAF Intelligence Wing caught him red-handed with his cell phone when he entered the headquarters.

According to the Special Cell's officer, Marwaha befriended the ISI agents who posed as women models a few months ago.

What the IAF officer didn't know at the time, is that Pakistan's ISI agents had prepared two fake profiles of Kiran Randhawa and Mahima Patel. The images from the IAF's training and combat grounds were transferred to the honey trappers by Marwaha in lieu of the sex chats, the investigators said. Arun uses to click the pictures of the classified documents and send them to the ISI spies via WhatsApp.

After gaining the Arun's trust, women asked for some confidential classified documents information from Arun for which he broke the IAF rules and entered inside the IAF headquarter along with his phone which is completely prohibited in the headquarter premises. He allegedly shared the information in return of obscene photos.

"He also shared a classified document about the forthcoming Air Force Exercise with them, which is likely to help enemies and will affect the "sovereignty and integrity of India", The Indian Express quoted Singh as stating in the FIR. It is also being probed if he had any accomplices.

"He has even confessed to having had access to many secret documents and plans due to his posting at the Air Force Headquarters in Delhi". "He can face a jail term up to seven years if charges against him are proved right in the court".

This is not the first case of an IAF officer allegedly sharing information with ISI after falling victim to a "honey trap".
