Three-time champions India completed their Group B domination with a comprehensive 10-wicket win over an ill-equipped Zimbabwe in the ICC U-19 World Cup here on Friday.

The three sides have now joined Afghanistan, England, New Zealand and South Africa, while the England and Canada match on Saturday will decide if Bangladesh also goes through to the Super League quarterfinals, which will start on Monday, 22 January.

Indian fast bowlers Kamlesh Nagrakoti and Shivam Mavi have impressed with their testing pace so far and it remains to be seen if legendary coach Rahul Dravid fields them again or keeps them fresh for the quarterfinals.

Left-hander Milton Shumba top-scored with 36 while captain Liam Roche (31) and Wesley Madhevere (30) were the other main contributors in a total of 154 in 48.1 overs. He was well supported by Arshdeep Singh and Abhishek Sharma who finished the match by chipping two wickets each.

A quarterfinal berth already secured, India will be aiming to keep its unbeaten run intact when it takes on another weak opponent in Zimbabwe in the ICC Under-19 World Cup, here on Friday.

PNG have lost all their three group matches and exit the tournament with zero points.

Earlier, Zimbabwe had won the toss and elected to bat first.

But Nathan and Jason got together to produce a 250-run partnership which gave Australia the upper hand. Gill fittingly hit the winning boundary, a straight drive for four.

1 overs at a paltry score of 151 runs.

For PNG, James Tau, Leke Morea, Sema Kamea and Daure Aiga grabbed two wickets each, but could not stem the flow of runs and their batting too struggled as they were bowled out for 59 in 24.5 overs.
