Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein was reportedly attacked at a restaurant in Arizona on Tuesday night (09Jan18) after turning down a fan's request for a photo. "Get the f-- out of here", the attacker, only identified as Steve, said.

The man is then observed hollering at Weinstein, "You're such a bit of s - for what you did to these ladies". The restaurant manager, however, claims Weinstein was "sweet", politely declining when asked to take the photo.

Weinstein did not report the incident to police, says TMZ.

The producer was slapped twice on the face by a man called Steve as he left after finishing his meal at a luxury resort near the clinic where he is having sex addiction therapy.

In the video, Weinstein can be seen stumbling after being slapped while the man with him attempts to blocked the camera.

At one point, Steve calls Weinstein a "piece of s**t".
