The coffee giant Starbucks has announced a new addition to its menu and social media is giving it rave reviews, CW39 reports. So when customers make their orders at Starbucks, they now have the option to go "Blonde" any time, any season. Now that espresso menu has, effectively, doubled as Starbucks is rolling out a Blonde Roast espresso in all of its US stores today.

Starbucks Blonde Espresso caters to more sensitive palates.― AFP picNEW YORK, Jan 10 ― Starbucks has earned a loyal fan base in large part to the strength and robustness of their coffee repertoire. And on January 9, the coffee giant announced perhaps its boldest move of the New Year: Blonde Espresso. Starbucks said that it was well-received by customers and its baristas.

Starbucks is no doubt hoping the Blonde Espresso will be another surefire win for the company, which recent came out the victor in an underfilled latte lawsuit. Smooth and subtly sweet, Starbucks Blonde Espresso was developed by a team of master blenders and roasters using a combination of beans from Latin America and East Africa. "It's a great way to invite new espresso drinkers to try our beverages, while also offering our seasoned coffee drinkers a way to experience our beverages in a new way". That combination, according to a Starbucks Barista Champion we spoke with, lends well to the Blonde Espresso's use in iced drinks and espresso-forward beverages.
